Rights and Permissions

If you are interested in copying or reprinting material from one our publications, please submit a permission request in writing. But first verify that rights to the material do indeed belong to Leadership for Educational and Organizational Advancement Publications (the notes, acknowledgement section, captions, or copyright page may contain credit information pointing to a copyright holder elsewhere). If the material is credited to a source other than Leadership for Educational and Organizational Advancement Publications, address your request there.

• Author of the work you request permission to quote or reprint

• Title of the work you wish to quote or reprint

• Publication date of the work

• Number of pages you wish to copy

• Number of copies you wish to make

• Name of requesting professor and course information

Permission for Republication

If you wish to reproduce in another publication material copyrighted by Leadership for Educational and Organizational Advancement, complete our Online Permission Request Form or else you may print out our Reprint Permission Form, available in PDF format. After completing the printed PDF form, you may mail to the attention of:
